　　题目：Some people think the most important thing about being rich is that it gives person an opportunity to help other people. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

　　参考范文：Rapid economic growth has generated numerous and diverse commercial opportunities, which has made being rich a heated topic in contemporary society. Mere mentioning of it will quickly give rise to a controverted debate among the general public as some people consider that the most crucial thing upon being rich is that it provides person a chance to help other people. I assert that the rich should attach importance to helping others but it is not reasonable to put it in the first place.

　　It is obvious and undeniable that the wealth assisting others do bring benefits. Medical donation have saved millions of people’s lives and prevent the public from illness. Several prevalent diseases have been controlled or eradicated in poor communities. In addition, patients with severe disease who received donation from the rich would have access to advanced treatment. Moreover, from the educational perspective, more fundamental education systems have been established and improved in less developed areas, providing local residences more access to education. Donated scholarship can help poor students finish their academies successfully, which actually promoting the development of the whole country in the long run as more individuals are competent of finding jobs and supporting themselves.
